OUR PROCESS

DESIGN & PRESENT
Depending on the scope of work, the initial design phase can take anywhere from two to four weeks to complete. This timeframe allows us to coordinate with vendors and carefully choose items tailored to your project. After the first presentation there are usually some revisions that will need to be made. Depending on how major or minor the revision is, it may only take a few days or it could take a few weeks to implement the changes and finalize the design. Once the revisions are completed, and you're happy with where the design is headed, we will move forward to the next phase of the project seamlessly.

FINALIZE & ORDER
After the design phase is complete, we will move on to finalizing all of the selections. We will organize appointments with vendors to check out the actual materials and gather any samples. Certain items may have longer lead times, and we will prioritize which ones to finalize first and which can wait. This phase is very much dependent on how quickly you as the homeowner are able to make a decision! Once a selection is finalized and paid for, we kick off the ordering process. Once products are ordered and lead times are confirmed we can then go ahead and start scheduling your job based on when items are set to arrive and the amount of work to that needs to be done before they are delivered.

INSTALLATION
Once the design is finalized and orders are confirmed, we will be able to coordinate your projects installation timeline and give you a working schedule. Since each project is very unique we won’t be able to give you a timeline until we have the full scope of work finalized. But, you can rest assured that your specific needs and preferences are carefully considered. Communication is key in ensuring that the installation process progresses smoothly and efficiently. We make sure to keep you informed at every stage to guarantee a seamless and successful process.
